This design was created while meditating on the memory of the unique, musical whistling sounds made by coqui singing at night in the Caribbean. The coqui is at the center of a zen "circle of enlightenment", or "ensó" in Japanese, to express a moment when the mind is free to let the body create. The Taino symbol of the coqui is found at the center as the peaceful memories brought me to my moment of zen.
